Award Criteria.  The Citizen of the Year or Upper Tampa Bay Cup Award recognizes an individual who resides in the general footprint of the area named in the award and has made a significant contribution to the community quality of life through their involvement in any of a variety of community activities to include charity, youth, educational, patriotic, religious, or other like activity.  This award may reflect current contributions or those made over a period of time.  Nominees do not have to be chamber members to be recognized.

Award Process.  Annually these awards are presented at our May luncheon.  Nominations must be submitted by May 1st annually.  Anyone can nominate a Citizen of the Year candidate.  Nominations may be submitted on this form or a separate package.
